MIRA — PRIVACY POLICY Last updated: 29 May 2026 SHORT VERSION Mira stores your cycle data only on your device, encrypted. We have no servers, no account, and no way to see, collect, or receive your data. Nothing you log in Mira ever leaves your phone unless you explicitly choose to export an encrypted backup. 1. DATA WE COLLECT None. Mira does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal or health data. There are no analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers, and no account system. We operate no servers that receive your data because the app never sends it anywhere. 2. WHERE YOUR DATA LIVES Everything you record — periods, flow, symptoms, moods, notes, optional basal temperature and sleep, and your settings — is stored only on your device, inside a database encrypted at rest. The encryption key is held in your device's secure storage (Apple Keychain on iOS). We never receive that key and cannot decrypt your data. 3. NETWORK USE The app itself makes no network requests with your health data. The only times your device contacts the internet on Mira's behalf are when you, by your own action: (a) tap a source link (e.g. ACOG, WHO), which opens your browser; or (b) complete the one-time App Store purchase, which is handled entirely by Apple. Neither transmits your cycle data. 4. YOUR ENCRYPTED BACKUP You may optionally export an encrypted backup file. That file is encrypted with a passphrase you choose, and you decide where it goes (your own Files, iCloud Drive, or other storage). We never see it and cannot recover your passphrase. 5. NOTIFICATIONS Reminders (upcoming period, fertile window, optional PMS heads-up) are scheduled locally on your device. No push server is involved and no data is sent to schedule them. 6. CHILDREN Mira is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone. 7. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER Mira is for general tracking and personal insight only. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a contraceptive. Predictions are estimates and may be inaccurate, especially for irregular cycles. For medical concerns, consult a healthcare professional. 8. CHANGES If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change. Because we hold none of your data, changes cannot affect data we don't have. 9. CONTACT Questions about privacy: support@mira.app
