COMMON QUESTIONS

Where is my data stored?
Only on your device, encrypted. Mira has no account and no cloud. We cannot
see your data because the app never sends it anywhere.

I changed phones / reinstalled — where did my data go?
Because data lives only on your device, it does not transfer automatically.
Before switching, use Settings > Data > Encrypted backup to export a backup,
then Restore from backup on the new device. Keep your backup passphrase
safe — it cannot be recovered.

Face ID / app lock isn't working.
Enable it in Settings > Privacy & Security > App lock. If the prompt doesn't
appear, check iOS Settings > Mira > Face ID is allowed. You can always use
your device passcode.

How accurate are the predictions?
They are estimates shown with confidence bands and improve as you log more
cycles. Mira is not a medical device and not a contraceptive.
